1. New meeting venue will be Flying M until further notice.

2. Score pricing needs to be reviewed. 3. Financial statement was reviewed by Trudy. It looks worse than it is because the fiscal year is being adjusted to better reflect the cash flow calendar.

4. Uniform costs tend to be higher than budgeted for scholarships - currently at $20, should be closer to $25. $13000 is projected for uniform costs.

5. Official shirts or hoodies might be needed for some officials on the field.

6. Fall was $8200 for referees, Spring can be expected to be close to $13000. We had 145 teams in Fall, 213 this season. In Fall, we had 1575 players, this season we have 1771.

7. Uniform costs from Fall 2008 was about $1000 less than Spring and Fall of 2007 combined. That has put the cash flow in a potentially tight situation for this season.

8. Registration prices may need to be adjusted:

Current: U4-U6 - $65/$50 ($70/$55)

U7-U10 - $75/$60 ($85/$65)

The board voted to raise prices as noted to make sure we don't experience tight cash flows again. The board will simultaneously work to lower uniform and other costs, reviewing cash flow at a later date for opportunities to lower prices if possible.

9. KIDS Cup - Steve reviewed the potential sponsors. We will need to supply some volunteers for selling pizza.
