Minutes

1. January minutes were accepted as submitted.
   
2. Spring registration update
• Current registration total is 1580.
• There have been 99 scholarship requests.
• There have been 189 online registrations.
• Scholarship forms can be pulled down.
• Change forms need to be posted.
3. Merchandizing update
• Lynda is looking into various branded items such as pencils, water bottles, cups, and other items.
• Kevin will need a photo, title, and description for each item that will be sold in the online store.
4. Security program
• The board will look into a criminal background check service to review all volunteers. www.ksnusa.org was suggested as an option.
• The board will look into making badges more unique and difficult to forge, such as using holograms and/or serial numbers.
5. Website update
• DNS will be switched as soon as possible, since the old site contains old information that is confusing parents and coordinators.
• Kevin will start creating forms for the following functions:
• Player registration
• Volunteer signup
6. Next board meeting
• February 26th will be the next meeting, and it will be at Mercy Medical Center in the Winter Room at 6:30 pm.
• The March board meeting is scheduled for March 12 at 6:30 pm in the Winter Room at Mercy Medical Center.
