- Special events
- Two open houses will be scheduled: Monday, April 2 and Tuesday, April 3.
- Registration update (Jean)
- Approximately 1611 +/- some late registrations and cancellations.
- Kevin will set up a content item that will be updated for the public on registration statistics.
- Jean will look into a new module for the team management software.
- Coach training update (Jason)
- Jason will coordinate a coach training session.
- He also suggested a parent’s orientation session.
- Merchandizing update (Lynda)
- Lynda will order 500 white pencils with green ink, as well as water bottles and branded equipment bags. More pricing information will be gathered before ordering the bullhorns.
- More information will be gathered on potential coffee vendors and branded metal coffee cups.
- Scholarship update (Lynda)
- Rules are being drafted requiring a certain number of volunteer hours for scholarships.
- Scholarship meetings will be scheduled for Thursday, March 8th and Saturday, March 10.
- Dave Trussell has volunteered to line the fields every Friday night.
- Referee update (Matt)
- Referee certification classes will be March 15th, 16th, and 17th.
- Practicals will be held March 22nd.
- General referee meeting will be scheduled.
- Equipment handout meeting on April 5th.
- Jenny Fultz will be contacted regarding patch artwork for referees.
- Matt will send Kevin a spreadsheet of the referee’s schedule for posting to the website as a content item. He will also provide a Word doc describing the desired website form for recruiting referees.
- Matt will prepare a draft letter for referees and copy the board.
- Website update (Kevin)
- Press release section has been added to the website.
- Spring Registration Update content item has been added.
- DNS will be switched in the next few days so that the old domain will work at the new site.
- Anyone needing an online form on the website should forward a Word document to Kevin (

- Next board meeting
- The next board meeting is scheduled for March 12 at 6:30 pm in the Winter Room at Mercy Medical Center.
