Minutes

1. End of year Mtg
- Dec. 8 6:30
- Email blast out to database soon on new email system
- Need to invite vendors - need to pay per their service agreement
- Red card issue
- Fiels marshalls
- Uniform inventory
- Tax form for scholarships
- Coach's clinic
- Assigning scholarship people
2. Fields
- We'll accept Daren's offer to let us use two Skyview fields. They will paint them.
3. Red card
- Coach red carded on last day needs to be talked to before next season starts.
4. Proposed new positions
- Four field marshallls paid positions in shifts
- Coach coordinator paid position there all day
5. Scholarships
- Proposed to assign tasks instead of letting them pick in order to distibute work load more evenly.
6. Key dates
- Jan 1 request for parks needs to be sent
7. Misc.
- Joi not authorized to place orders with Score w/o board approval
- Need complete inventory of uniform overage from last season - need to schedule a time to get together in Jan
- Need coach's clinic mandatory for first time coaches
