Executive Board: Bob Shultz, Mark Smith, Jean Barney, Kevin Harper Minutes1. End of season wrapup - getting goals and coach equipment collected- Discussed new sod 2. Registration report - Decision needs to be made on lottery system before mid April so forms can be revised for Fall '09 registration 3. Referee report - Ref numbers continue to grow - Some refs need work on attentiveness - More training for mid refs on offsides - More calls for pushing and shoving 4. Uniform reports - Discussed possibly getting new bids from local companies 5. Scholarship report 6. Volunteer report 7. Communication Booth report 8. Diversity report 9. Coach Coordinator report 10. Uneven skill level - Coach Malone gave feedback suggesting lottery system for team selection instead of by school and special request 11. Website report 12. Treasurer report 13. NNU Indoor Soccer League - Winter Session 14. Feedback email - Coach evals, program evals, program suggestions 15.
