The Southwest Idaho Soccer Referee Association (http://www.swisra.org/) is planning a field clinic for USSF certified referees in Nampa.  Here are the details:

If you are a new/newer referee, or if you know someone who is, you are invited to a free Field Training clinic.  This session is designed to give you practical competence and a measure of confidence before you start making calls this season.

Who: All Referees certified in the last 5 years
Where: Liberty Park, Nampa (meet at the shelter)
Date: Thursday, April 2, 2009
Time: 6:00-8:30 pm (followed by pizza & pop)
Equipment: Bring your flags, ball, whistle & uniform.

We will review and act out the basics of flags, whistle, direction, fouls & positioning. There will be experienced referees on hand to answer your questions & review any situations.
Free pizza and pop will be served afterward at the shelter! No reservations needed, but be there early to register.
