There are several methods you can use to register your child with Nampa KID Soccer for recreational play:

• Online Registration
  We have recently added the ability to register and pay online. Please use the Registration tab at the top of the website and select the Online Registration Form option. There you have the option to fill out applicable fields, pay by PayPal or any other major credit card. Please remember if you use this method you must log into the site and Register yourself by using the Log in tab at the top of the website. You will then be prompted to register/log in using your personal information. To complete or even view any type of online registration you must be logged in or they will not be visible. You may also click HERE to go to the registration page.
• Mail-in form
  There is a form you can download and print. Click here for a copy of the form - Registration Form.  You can also email  registrar@nampakidsoccer.com to request a form be emailed to you. Fill the form out and mail it with your check to the following address:

• Scholarship form
